Privacy Policy for RigRX

Last Updated: July 23, 2025

RigRX(“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your trust and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect from you, how we use it, how we keep it secure, and the rights you have regarding your data. Whether you’re visiting our website, booking a service, or signing up for updates, our goal is to be transparent and respectful in how we handle your information. Please take a moment to read this policy carefully to understand how your information is treated.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, for example when you:

Schedule service or contact us: When you fill out a service request or contact form, or call us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your RV or the services you need. We use this information to respond to your inquiries and schedule/perform the requested services.

Newsletter Signup or Testimonials: If you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a testimonial, we collect your name, email, and any content you submit.

Employment Applications: If applicable, information you submit in a job application (e.g. contact info, resume) is collected for hiring evaluation only.

We will only use the personal information you provide for the purposes for which you provided it (such as to contact you about your service request or to send you the newsletter you signed up for). If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS updates, we will use it to send you text messages related to our services (see the “SMS Communications” section below).

Information We Collect Automatically: When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically about your device and usage of the site. This includes:

Your device’s IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system.

Usage data such as pages you viewed, the date/time of your visits, the referring page (if any), and navigation clicks on our site.

We collect this non-identifiable information to help administer and improve our website’s functionality and user experience. For example, we may analyze what pages are most popular or see how users are finding our site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Like many websites, we use “cookies” and similar technologies (such as web beacons or pixel tags) to collect website usage information and enable certain features:

Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help the site remember your preferences and activities. We use cookies to recognize you when you return, to store preferences (e.g. keeping you logged in if an account exists), and to gather aggregate traffic data.

We may use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain for a set period or until deleted). For instance, a persistent cookie may remember your preferences for future visits.

We also utilize third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics) which use cookies or similar means to collect information about site usage. This helps us understand how often users visit the site, what pages are visited, and other usage metrics. Google Analytics collects anonymized data (such as IP address, not your name) and provides insights that we use to improve our content and services.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that if you disable cookies, some features of our site may not function properly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

To Provide Services and Respond to You: We use contact and RV information to schedule and perform repair services, to give you status updates, and to respond to any questions or requests you send us.

Customer Service and Support: Information is used to provide customer support, facilitate repairs or orders, and address any issues. If you ask for technical help or warranty service, we’ll reference your provided info and vehicle details to assist you.

Communication & Updates: We may send you important notifications related to your services or our business. This includes appointment reminders, invoices or receipts, changes to our hours or policies, safety recall notices, or other service-related announcements. We may contact you via email, phone, or text message for these purposes as appropriate. (Text communications will only be sent if you have given consent, see “SMS Communications” below.)

Marketing and Promotions (Opt-In): With your consent, we may also use your information (such as name, email, phone) to send you promotional materials about our services, special offers, newsletters, or events that might interest you. These communications will typically be via email or text messages. You have the choice to opt in or opt out of marketing communications (see “Your Choices” below). We will not send you marketing text messages unless you have explicitly agreed to receive them (for example, by checking an opt-in box on a form).

Improving Our Services and Website: We may analyze information (both personal and aggregate data) to understand user needs and improve our offerings. For instance, feedback you provide might be used to improve our customer service processes, and usage data from the website helps us enhance site navigation and content.

Security and Fraud Prevention: Information may be used to protect our website, business, and customers from fraud, unauthorized activity, claims or liabilities. For example, we might use certain data to detect or investigate malicious activity on our site.

Legal Obligations: We will use or disclose personal information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests (such as responding to a subpoena or enforcing our terms and agreements).

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. This includes your mobile phone number – no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Service Providers: We may share certain personal information with trusted third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf. This includes:

Communication Services: We use external platforms to send emails or SMS (text) messages. These providers will have access to your contact info only for the purpose of sending our communications and are not permitted to use your data for anything else. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as needed with our text messaging service providers to deliver messages.

Analytics and Web Hosting: Companies that host our website or provide analytics (e.g., our website platform or Google Analytics) may process usage data on our behalf to help us run the site.

Payment or Financing Companies: If our site facilitates payments, we might share necessary info with payment processors or financing companies.

Other Partners: In some cases we might partner with third parties for specialized services (e.g., referrals). We will only share the necessary info with your consent and only as needed to serve you.

All such service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. They cannot use or share your info for their own purposes.

Legal Requirements and Safety: We may disclose personal information as required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation (e.g., a court order or subpoena); (b) protect and defend the rights or property of RigRX; (c) prevent fraud, investigate potential wrongdoing, or enforce our Terms of Service; or (d) protect the personal safety of our customers or the public.

Business Transfers: If RigRX undergoes a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be among the transferred assets. We would ensure the new owner continues to be bound by terms consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Your Consent: In cases where you have given us specific consent to share your information with third parties (e.g., joint promotions), we will share according to the terms of your consent.

Important: All such references explicitly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except with aggregators or providers as necessary to deliver SMS text services. We do not share your mobile phone information or consent with outside parties for marketing. Access to customers’ phone numbers and opt-in status is restricted to providing you with the services you’ve requested.

4. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights

Opt-Out of Marketing Emails: If at any time you prefer not to receive marketing or promotional emails from us, you may unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any marketing email we send. You can also contact us directly (see Contact Us below) and request removal. Once you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you promotional emails. Please note, however, that we may still send you transactional or service-related emails (such as appointment confirmations, invoices, or customer service communications) even if you opt out of marketing messages, as these are not promotional but necessary for us to fulfill our services to you.

Opt-Out of Text Messages: If you have opted in to receive text message updates or reminders, you can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Upon texting STOP, we will send a confirmation of your opt-out and you will no longer receive SMS alerts from us. Alternatively, you may contact us to request removal of your phone number from our text program. Note: After you opt out, we will only text you again if you subsequently re-subscribe or provide new consent (for example, by signing up for messages again or texting “START” to us in the future). We may, however, send a one-time confirmation or final message to acknowledge your opt-out. Per our policy, once opted-out, you will not receive further SMS communications from us except for possibly urgent notices related to your account or services (e.g., a critical safety recall or security alert, if permissible).

Declining Cookies: Most web browsers allow you to manage cookie settings. You can usually choose to refuse new cookies, be notified when a cookie is set, or delete existing cookies. Please refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions on how to do this. Keep in mind that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features on our site (for instance, some parts of the site might not remember your preferences).

Do Not Track Signals: Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. However, we limit tracking to standard analytics and advertising cookies as described above. You can use the opt-outs provided by services like Google (e.g., Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on) if you wish to further limit data collection.

Accessing or Deleting Your Information: If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information you have provided to us, you may contact us with your request (see Contact Us below). For example, if you have created an account on our site (if that functionality exists) or provided comments/testimonials, you can request that we remove your account or any personal data we hold about you. We will review such requests and comply as required by applicable law. Note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes (such as record-keeping or to complete transactions you began).

5. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law or legitimate business purposes. For example, if you are a customer, we will retain your contact and service records to provide ongoing service history and for warranty or recall purposes. If you subscribed to a newsletter, we retain your email until you unsubscribe. We also maintain records to comply with legal obligations (like tax and accounting rules) and to resolve any disputes. When we no longer have a need to use your information and are not legally required to keep it, we will securely delete or anonymize it. We also periodically review the data we hold and erase or anonymize information that is out-of-date or no longer needed.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. RigRX implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include encryption of sensitive information where appropriate, secured networks and firewalls, and limiting access to personal data only to employees or service providers who need it to perform their duties. While we strive to protect your information, please understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Thus, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information. However, we continuously update and assess our security practices to mitigate risks. If we ever experience a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

7. Third-Party Websites and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content (for example, an embedded YouTube video, a social media feed, or external product pages). Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites or services. If you click a link to another website or interact with third-party content, those third parties may collect data from you according to their own privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

RigRX may also maintain profiles on social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram. If you choose to interact with us via social media, any information you provide in those interactions is subject to the privacy policy of that platform.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use this website or send us any personal information. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us so we can address the issue.

9. SMS Communications and Consent

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS (text) communications, we may send you messages related to your service requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, promotions, and other relevant information. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After you opt out, we may send a one-time confirmation message, but you will not receive further text messages unless you re-subscribe by providing new consent (e.g., texting “START” again or checking an opt-in box on a form).

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS data will only be used to deliver the services you have requested and will only be shared with service providers as necessary to send the messages on our behalf.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date, and/or notify you by other means (e.g., via email or a notice on our homepage) where required by law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acknowledgment and consent to the updated terms.

11. Contact Us

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern use of https://rigrx.net/, its forms, communications, SMS program, and the mobile RV services provided by Crockett Remodeling Inc., which uses RigRx as its friendly customer-facing business name (“RigRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, submitting a request, scheduling service, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Business and Services

RigRx provides mobile RV inspections, diagnostics, repair, maintenance, electrical service, climate-control service, appliance service, leveling and hitch service, awning and slide-out service, battery service, parts and accessory support, eligible warranty service, and related services. Availability depends on location, technician capacity, RV type, safety, weather, access, parts, and the requested work.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, timing, pricing, or completion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to request services or participate in our SMS program.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, confirm that you are authorized to request work on the RV, provide safe and lawful access, disclose relevant hazards and prior work, follow technician instructions, and pay approved charges when due.

We may refuse or stop work when conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, outside our scope, or otherwise unsuitable for mobile service.

5. Appointments, Estimates, and Repairs

Appointments are subject to availability and may be changed because of weather, travel, safety, scheduling, parts, access, or other operational circumstances.

Estimates and quotes are based on information available at the time and are not guarantees of final cost. Diagnostics may reveal additional problems, labor, parts, or service needs. We will make reasonable efforts to obtain approval before materially expanding authorized work.

6. Parts, Warranties, and Customer-Supplied Parts

Parts availability, compatibility, price, and shipping may vary. Manufacturer and third-party warranties are provided by the applicable issuer. RigRx may accept or decline customer-supplied parts and is not responsible for their defects, compatibility, missing components, or manufacturer warranty.

7. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Payment is due according to the estimate, invoice, service agreement, or payment request. Approved diagnostic, service-call, travel, labor, parts, material, tax, processing, and other disclosed charges are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation, travel, diagnostic, or other disclosed fees may apply when an appointment is cancelled late, access is unavailable, conditions are unsafe, or the customer is unavailable.

8. SMS Messaging Terms

RigRx sends SMS only according to the recipient's selected communication preferences. SMS consent is optional, is not preselected, and is not a condition of purchase or service.

Customer Care and Marketing consent are separate. RigRx will not treat one selection as consent to the other category.

8.3 Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

8.4 STOP and Rejoining

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive one final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent under that consent unless you provide new consent through an approved opt-in method.

All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Email and Other Communications

We may respond to inquiries and send service-related email regarding appointments, estimates, invoices, repairs, support, and other requested services. Marketing email, if used, will include required unsubscribe options.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the website, access systems without authorization, transmit harmful code, submit false information, scrape content without permission, or commercially reproduce protected content.

Website content is owned by or licensed to RigRx and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” RV systems, prior repairs, intermittent conditions, parts availability, access, manufacturer defects, weather, and other factors may limit diagnosis or repair.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RigRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, delays, service requests, or services. Any applicable total liability will not exceed the amount paid to RigRx for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold RigRx harmless from claims and costs arising from your unlawful website use, violation of these Terms, false or unauthorized submissions, unsafe conditions under your control, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may restrict website access or decline or terminate service for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, abuse, unlawful conduct, false information, violation of these Terms, or work outside our scope.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties should first attempt good-faith informal resolution of disputes. Any additional dispute process is subject to applicable law and any separately executed service agreement.
