Privacy Policy for RigRX

Last Updated: July 23, 2025

RigRX(“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your trust and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect from you, how we use it, how we keep it secure, and the rights you have regarding your data. Whether you’re visiting our website, booking a service, or signing up for updates, our goal is to be transparent and respectful in how we handle your information. Please take a moment to read this policy carefully to understand how your information is treated.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, for example when you:

Schedule service or contact us: When you fill out a service request or contact form, or call us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your RV or the services you need. We use this information to respond to your inquiries and schedule/perform the requested services.

Newsletter Signup or Testimonials: If you subscribe to our newsletter or submit a testimonial, we collect your name, email, and any content you submit.

Employment Applications: If applicable, information you submit in a job application (e.g. contact info, resume) is collected for hiring evaluation only.

We will only use the personal information you provide for the purposes for which you provided it (such as to contact you about your service request or to send you the newsletter you signed up for). If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS updates, we will use it to send you text messages related to our services (see the “SMS Communications” section below).

Information We Collect Automatically: When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically about your device and usage of the site. This includes:

Your device’s IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system.

Usage data such as pages you viewed, the date/time of your visits, the referring page (if any), and navigation clicks on our site.

We collect this non-identifiable information to help administer and improve our website’s functionality and user experience. For example, we may analyze what pages are most popular or see how users are finding our site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Like many websites, we use “cookies” and similar technologies (such as web beacons or pixel tags) to collect website usage information and enable certain features:

Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help the site remember your preferences and activities. We use cookies to recognize you when you return, to store preferences (e.g. keeping you logged in if an account exists), and to gather aggregate traffic data.

We may use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain for a set period or until deleted). For instance, a persistent cookie may remember your preferences for future visits.

We also utilize third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics) which use cookies or similar means to collect information about site usage. This helps us understand how often users visit the site, what pages are visited, and other usage metrics. Google Analytics collects anonymized data (such as IP address, not your name) and provides insights that we use to improve our content and services.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that if you disable cookies, some features of our site may not function properly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

To Provide Services and Respond to You: We use contact and RV information to schedule and perform repair services, to give you status updates, and to respond to any questions or requests you send us.

Customer Service and Support: Information is used to provide customer support, facilitate repairs or orders, and address any issues. If you ask for technical help or warranty service, we’ll reference your provided info and vehicle details to assist you.

Communication & Updates: We may send you important notifications related to your services or our business. This includes appointment reminders, invoices or receipts, changes to our hours or policies, safety recall notices, or other service-related announcements. We may contact you via email, phone, or text message for these purposes as appropriate. (Text communications will only be sent if you have given consent, see “SMS Communications” below.)

Marketing and Promotions (Opt-In): With your consent, we may also use your information (such as name, email, phone) to send you promotional materials about our services, special offers, newsletters, or events that might interest you. These communications will typically be via email or text messages. You have the choice to opt in or opt out of marketing communications (see “Your Choices” below). We will not send you marketing text messages unless you have explicitly agreed to receive them (for example, by checking an opt-in box on a form).

Improving Our Services and Website: We may analyze information (both personal and aggregate data) to understand user needs and improve our offerings. For instance, feedback you provide might be used to improve our customer service processes, and usage data from the website helps us enhance site navigation and content.

Security and Fraud Prevention: Information may be used to protect our website, business, and customers from fraud, unauthorized activity, claims or liabilities. For example, we might use certain data to detect or investigate malicious activity on our site.

Legal Obligations: We will use or disclose personal information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests (such as responding to a subpoena or enforcing our terms and agreements).

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. This includes your mobile phone number – no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Service Providers: We may share certain personal information with trusted third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf. This includes:

Communication Services: We use external platforms to send emails or SMS (text) messages. These providers will have access to your contact info only for the purpose of sending our communications and are not permitted to use your data for anything else. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as needed with our text messaging service providers to deliver messages.

Analytics and Web Hosting: Companies that host our website or provide analytics (e.g., our website platform or Google Analytics) may process usage data on our behalf to help us run the site.

Payment or Financing Companies: If our site facilitates payments, we might share necessary info with payment processors or financing companies.

Other Partners: In some cases we might partner with third parties for specialized services (e.g., referrals). We will only share the necessary info with your consent and only as needed to serve you.

All such service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. They cannot use or share your info for their own purposes.

Legal Requirements and Safety: We may disclose personal information as required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation (e.g., a court order or subpoena); (b) protect and defend the rights or property of RigRX; (c) prevent fraud, investigate potential wrongdoing, or enforce our Terms of Service; or (d) protect the personal safety of our customers or the public.

Business Transfers: If RigRX undergoes a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be among the transferred assets. We would ensure the new owner continues to be bound by terms consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Your Consent: In cases where you have given us specific consent to share your information with third parties (e.g., joint promotions), we will share according to the terms of your consent.

Important: All such references explicitly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except with aggregators or providers as necessary to deliver SMS text services. We do not share your mobile phone information or consent with outside parties for marketing. Access to customers’ phone numbers and opt-in status is restricted to providing you with the services you’ve requested.

4. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights

Opt-Out of Marketing Emails: If at any time you prefer not to receive marketing or promotional emails from us, you may unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of any marketing email we send. You can also contact us directly (see Contact Us below) and request removal. Once you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you promotional emails. Please note, however, that we may still send you transactional or service-related emails (such as appointment confirmations, invoices, or customer service communications) even if you opt out of marketing messages, as these are not promotional but necessary for us to fulfill our services to you.

Opt-Out of Text Messages: If you have opted in to receive text message updates or reminders, you can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Upon texting STOP, we will send a confirmation of your opt-out and you will no longer receive SMS alerts from us. Alternatively, you may contact us to request removal of your phone number from our text program. Note: After you opt out, we will only text you again if you subsequently re-subscribe or provide new consent (for example, by signing up for messages again or texting “START” to us in the future). We may, however, send a one-time confirmation or final message to acknowledge your opt-out. Per our policy, once opted-out, you will not receive further SMS communications from us except for possibly urgent notices related to your account or services (e.g., a critical safety recall or security alert, if permissible).

Declining Cookies: Most web browsers allow you to manage cookie settings. You can usually choose to refuse new cookies, be notified when a cookie is set, or delete existing cookies. Please refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions on how to do this. Keep in mind that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features on our site (for instance, some parts of the site might not remember your preferences).

Do Not Track Signals: Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. However, we limit tracking to standard analytics and advertising cookies as described above. You can use the opt-outs provided by services like Google (e.g., Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on) if you wish to further limit data collection.

Accessing or Deleting Your Information: If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information you have provided to us, you may contact us with your request (see Contact Us below). For example, if you have created an account on our site (if that functionality exists) or provided comments/testimonials, you can request that we remove your account or any personal data we hold about you. We will review such requests and comply as required by applicable law. Note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes (such as record-keeping or to complete transactions you began).

5. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law or legitimate business purposes. For example, if you are a customer, we will retain your contact and service records to provide ongoing service history and for warranty or recall purposes. If you subscribed to a newsletter, we retain your email until you unsubscribe. We also maintain records to comply with legal obligations (like tax and accounting rules) and to resolve any disputes. When we no longer have a need to use your information and are not legally required to keep it, we will securely delete or anonymize it. We also periodically review the data we hold and erase or anonymize information that is out-of-date or no longer needed.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. RigRX implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include encryption of sensitive information where appropriate, secured networks and firewalls, and limiting access to personal data only to employees or service providers who need it to perform their duties. While we strive to protect your information, please understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Thus, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information. However, we continuously update and assess our security practices to mitigate risks. If we ever experience a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

7. Third-Party Websites and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content (for example, an embedded YouTube video, a social media feed, or external product pages). Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites or services. If you click a link to another website or interact with third-party content, those third parties may collect data from you according to their own privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

RigRX may also maintain profiles on social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram. If you choose to interact with us via social media, any information you provide in those interactions is subject to the privacy policy of that platform.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use this website or send us any personal information. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us so we can address the issue.

9. SMS Communications and Consent

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS (text) communications, we may send you messages related to your service requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, promotions, and other relevant information. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After you opt out, we may send a one-time confirmation message, but you will not receive further text messages unless you re-subscribe by providing new consent (e.g., texting “START” again or checking an opt-in box on a form).

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS data will only be used to deliver the services you have requested and will only be shared with service providers as necessary to send the messages on our behalf.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date, and/or notify you by other means (e.g., via email or a notice on our homepage) where required by law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acknowledgment and consent to the updated terms.

Terms of Service

RigRX

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website or submitting a service request. These Terms of Service govern your use of the RigRX website, online forms, SMS/text messaging program, and related services.

By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting service, booking an appointment, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Company Information

This website is owned and operated by RigRX, a Virginia corporation.

RigRX provides mobile RV repair, diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and solar services. Our service area may include Huddleston and the surrounding Central and Southwest Virginia region, and may vary depending on technician availability, scheduling, travel distance, weather, road conditions, and service capacity.

For questions about these Terms of Service, you may contact us at:

RigRX

Website: rigrx.net

Email: [email protected]

Phone: +1 540-583-3263

General Terms

This website, including all pages, forms, content, text, graphics, images, videos, and related materials, is referred to as the “Site.” RigRX may be referred to in these Terms as “RigRx,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By using the Site, you agree to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific services, forms, estimates, invoices, appointments, or transactions.

Accessing the Site in any manner, whether manually, automatically, or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms. We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the Site, our business operations, or the rights of others.

You agree not to:

-Use the Site for fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful purposes

-Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

-Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, systems, forms, databases, or accounts

-Interfere with the security, functionality, or availability of the Site

-Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or collect information from the Site without our permission

-Upload or transmit malware, viruses, harmful code, or disruptive content

-Copy, reproduce, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site if we believe a user has violated these Terms or used the Site in an inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful manner.

Service Requests and Appointments

You may submit a service request through our website, by phone, by text message, by email, or through other communication methods we make available. Submitting a request does not guarantee that we can accept the job, provide service at a specific time, or complete the requested work.

Appointments are subject to availability, service area, technician schedule, weather conditions, parts availability, site accessibility, safety conditions, and the nature of the RV issue.

We may contact you to confirm details, request additional information, schedule an appointment, reschedule an appointment, provide an estimate, request photos or documentation, or determine whether the requested service is within our scope of work.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a service request, including your name, contact information, RV location, RV year, RV make, RV model, RV type, description of the issue, site or lot number if applicable, and any other information reasonably needed to evaluate or perform the requested service.

Because RigRX provides mobile service across a regional service area, appointment availability is location-dependent. Submission of a service request does not guarantee that we are currently operating in your area or available to provide service at your requested location or time.

Scope of Services

RigRX provides mobile RV repair, diagnostics, maintenance, inspection, and solar services for eligible RVs and related vehicles, which may include travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, truck campers, camper vans, Sprinter vans, Class A motorhomes, Class B motorhomes, and Class C motorhomes.

Services may include interior, exterior, diagnostic, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, cooling, heating, appliance, slide, leveling system, roof, brake, battery, seal, water heater, furnace, air conditioner, hydraulic system, sealant repair and replacement, wheel bearing, routine and seasonal system checks, complete and pre-purchase RV inspections, and solar design, installation, performance optimization, and system upgrade services, depending on the specific issue, RV system, technician availability, and service limitations.

Some systems, brands, parts, appliances, or service types may be excluded or unavailable. We reserve the right to decline any service request that is outside our scope, requires specialty tools or certifications we do not provide, involves unsafe conditions, involves unavailable parts, or is otherwise not appropriate for mobile service.

Information on the Site describing services is for general informational purposes only and does not guarantee that a specific repair, diagnosis, part, inspection, or service will be available for every RV, issue, or location.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide service safely and efficiently, you agree to:

-Provide accurate information about your RV and the issue being reported

-Confirm that you are the owner of the RV or are authorized to request service for it

-Provide safe and reasonable access to the RV

-Ensure that the RV is located in a place where service may lawfully and safely be performed

-Provide any required gate codes, site numbers, campground access instructions, or contact information

-Remove obstacles, personal items, pets, or hazards from the work area when requested

-Be available or provide an authorized representative during the appointment if needed

-Follow any safety instructions given by our technician

-Pay all approved charges, invoices, fees, parts costs, diagnostic fees, travel fees, and service fees when due

We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, the customer is unavailable, the service location is unsuitable, weather conditions create a hazard, or the requested service cannot reasonably be performed.

Estimates, Diagnostics, and Repairs

Any estimate, quote, or price range provided before inspection is based on the information available at that time and is not a final guarantee of total cost.

RV issues may require diagnostics before the cause of a problem can be determined. Diagnostic work may reveal additional problems, hidden damage, unrelated issues, required parts, or additional labor needs.

You are responsible for approved diagnostic fees, service call fees, travel fees, labor charges, parts, materials, taxes, disposal fees, and any other charges disclosed to you before or during service.

We will make reasonable efforts to explain recommended repairs and obtain approval before performing additional work that materially changes the expected cost. However, you understand that final costs may vary based on the condition of the RV, availability of parts, complexity of the repair, hidden issues, prior repairs, manufacturer design, and other factors outside our control.

An estimate does not guarantee that a repair will fully resolve the issue, especially when the problem is intermittent, caused by multiple system failures, related to unavailable parts, affected by prior work, or caused by conditions that cannot be fully inspected during mobile service.

Parts, Materials, and Customer-Supplied Parts

Parts and materials may be sourced from manufacturers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, or other vendors. Parts availability, shipping times, pricing, substitutions, and compatibility may vary.

If a part is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, defective, incorrectly supplied, or incompatible, the appointment or repair may need to be rescheduled or revised.

If you request that we use customer-supplied parts, we may accept or decline that request at our discretion. Customer-supplied parts may not be covered by any labor warranty, workmanship guarantee, or parts warranty from RigRX. We are not responsible for defects, fitment issues, missing components, manufacturer defects, safety issues, or failure of customer-supplied parts.

Manufacturer warranties, supplier warranties, and third-party parts warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer, supplier, or third party, not by RigRX.

Payments

Payment is due as stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or payment request. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment may be due at the time of service, upon completion of diagnostics, upon completion of repairs, or upon receipt of invoice.

We may accept cash, checks, major credit cards, or other payment methods we make available. Accepted payment methods may change at any time.

You agree to pay all approved charges, including service call fees, diagnostic fees, travel fees, labor, parts, materials, taxes, card processing fees if applicable, return check fees if applicable, collection costs, and any other agreed charges.

If payment is not received when due, we may pause additional work, decline future appointments, charge late fees where permitted by law, or pursue collection of unpaid balances.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, technician availability, road conditions, safety concerns, illness, parts availability, emergencies, inaccurate service information, inaccessible RV location, or circumstances outside our control.

Cancellation fees, trip fees, diagnostic fees, or other charges may apply if an appointment is cancelled late, if we arrive and cannot access the RV, if the service location is unsafe or inaccessible, or if the customer is unavailable when required.

No Emergency Service Guarantee

RigRX does not guarantee emergency service, immediate response, same-day service, roadside rescue, towing, medical assistance, or life-safety response.

If you are experiencing an emergency, immediate safety risk, fire, gas leak, electrical hazard, carbon monoxide concern, medical emergency, traffic hazard, or other dangerous situation, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service provider.

SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

Program Description: RigRX may send SMS/text messages to customers and prospective customers who have submitted a form, requested service, booked an appointment, contacted us, or otherwise opted in to receive SMS communications. Messages may include service request follow-ups, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, rescheduling notices, estimate or quote updates, customer support communications, and other messages related to your interactions with us.

Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, scheduling forms, phone calls, text messages, or other approved methods, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from RigRX at the phone number provided. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation Instructions: You may cancel SMS/text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message from us. After you send “STOP,” we may send one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status. After that, you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin our SMS program after opting out, sign up again through the same method you used initially, submit a new form, or otherwise provide renewed consent. Once you rejoin, we may resume sending SMS/text messages to you.

Help Instructions: If you need help with our SMS program, reply “HELP” to any text message from us, email [email protected], or call +1 540-583-3263 during business hours (9AM-5PM).

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages sent from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your service requests, appointment schedule, and interactions with RigRX. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carrier participation and delivery are not guaranteed.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS/text messaging program.

Privacy: For privacy-related information, please review our Privacy Policy at rigrx.net/privacy-policy.

Compliance: We intend to comply with applicable laws, rules, and industry guidelines regarding SMS/text messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable carrier or messaging guidelines.

Email Communications

By submitting a form, sending us an email, requesting service, or otherwise providing your email address, you agree that we may contact you by email regarding your inquiry, appointment, estimate, invoice, service request, customer support issue, or related business purpose.

We may also send transactional or service-related emails, including appointment updates, invoice notices, service communications, and customer support responses.

Marketing emails, if any, may include an unsubscribe option where required by law.

Online Forms and Submitted Information

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate, complete, and submitted by you or with your authorization.

You agree not to submit false information, another person’s information without permission, spam, harmful content, unlawful content, or information intended to interfere with our business operations.

We may use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate service requests, schedule appointments, provide estimates, perform services, process payments, maintain records, improve our services, and communicate with you as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and all materials available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, design elements, layout, service descriptions, and other content, are owned by or licensed to RigRX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download or print a copy of individual pages for personal reference, provided that you do not remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, or commercially use Site content without our prior written permission.

User Content, Reviews, Photos, and Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, feedback, social media posts, or other content to us, you represent that you own the content or have the right to submit it.

By submitting content to us, you grant RigRX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, and distribute that content for business, customer service, recordkeeping, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, infringing, misleading, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove, decline, or edit user-submitted content at our discretion.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, maps, review pages, payment processors, scheduling tools, social media platforms, or other resources.

We provide third-party links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, security, availability, products, services, or practices.

Your use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk and may be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.

Online Commerce and Third-Party Payment Processing

Certain services, invoices, deposits, payments, or transactions may be processed through third-party payment processors or financial service providers.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, processing delays, service outages, security practices, fees, policies, or errors of third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge approved amounts using the payment method you provide.

No Warranties Regarding Website

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free of viruses or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RigRX disclaims all warranties regarding the Site, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Service Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide professional mobile RV service, diagnostics, inspections, and maintenance. However, RV systems can be complex, prior repairs may affect performance, parts may fail, and some issues may be intermittent or hidden.

Except for any written warranty expressly provided by RigRX for a specific service, all services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that every issue can be diagnosed, repaired, resolved, or prevented through mobile service. We are not responsible for unrelated issues, pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, hidden damage, customer-supplied parts, customer misuse, unauthorized repairs, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RigRX and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of use, lost profits, lost business, loss of data, travel delays, lodging expenses, campground fees, missed reservations, vacation disruption, towing expenses, or other consequential losses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your request for services, or services provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, these Terms, or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to RigRX for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RigRX and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

-Your use of the Site

-Your violation of these Terms

-Your submission of false, inaccurate, or unauthorized information

-Your violation of any law or third-party right

-Unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable service conditions caused or controlled by you

-Your misuse of services, parts, communications, or information provided by us

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

You can review our Privacy Policy at rigrx.net/privacy-policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Site or decline service if we believe you have violated these Terms, submitted false information, failed to pay amounts due, engaged in abusive or unlawful conduct, created unsafe working conditions, or otherwise acted in a way that we determine is inappropriate or harmful.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Site and any content obtained from it, except as permitted by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or services provided by RigRX shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution. You agree to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a formal claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by applicable law or unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitration shall take place in Virginia unless another location is required by applicable law or the parties mutually agree in writing.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court, pursuing collection of unpaid invoices, or seeking injunctive relief where appropriate.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.

Your continued use of the Site or our services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
